Hello
I was born and raised in Stratford ON, but moved to Guelph after graduating from Lambton College and ran my practice there for the last 11 years. While I loved living in Guelph, my family and I moved back to Stratford in 2021. It is such a privilege to have been welcomed back with such enthusiasum.
Fun facts about me:
- I am an enneagram 2 and an ISFJ
- I recently learned to crochet and find it very relaxing
- I love listening to podcasts and audiobooks
- Orange is my least favourite colour
I look forward to connecting with you!

My Story
In 2008, I was in a car accident that left me experiencing headaches and mild whiplash. I connected with a family friend who was an experienced RMT and was blown away at how I felt after our treatments. I had been told by friends and family that I should look into massage therapy but I was reluctant- after some research and encouragement I took the leap.
In 2011, I graduated from the Enhanced Massage Therapy Program at Lambton College in Sarnia, ON, completed my provincial registration exams, and became a registered member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. As a member of the CMTO, I participate in their ongoing quality assurance program and adhere to all practice standards.
My massage therapy style is focused on promoting overall wellness and supporting your body’s natural ability to maintain balance and health. Rather than focusing on acute injury treatment, I emphasize long-term care through relaxation, stress relief, and mindful therapeutic techniques. My goal is to create a safe, comfortable environment where you feel truly cared for, and I strive to approach each treatment with empathy and attentiveness to your unique needs. Whether you’re seeking regular maintenance or simply a moment to unwind, I’m here to support your well-being every step of the way.
