Hello

I was born and raised in Stratford ON, but moved to Guelph after graduating from Lambton College and ran my practice there for the last 11 years. While I loved living in Guelph, my family and I moved back to Stratford in 2021. It is such a privilege to have been welcomed back with such enthusiasum.

Fun facts about me:

- I am an enneagram 2 and an ISFJ

- I recently learned to crochet and find it very relaxing

- I love listening to podcasts and audiobooks

- Orange is my least favourite colour

I look forward to connecting with you!

My Story

In 2008, I was in a car accident that left me experiencing headaches and mild whiplash. I connected with a family friend who was an experienced RMT and was blown away at how I felt after our treatments. I had been told by friends and family that I should look into massage therapy but I was reluctant- I thought I wanted to become a midwife. It soon became clear to me that I wouldn't thrive with the schedule (or lack thereof) that came with being a midwife but soon realized that as an RMT I could still care for and connect with people.

In 2011, I graduated from the Enhanced Massage Therapy Program at Lambton College, completed my provincial registration exams, and became a member of the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario.

Since my registration, I have practiced in both Guelph and Stratford, ON. I have loved learning from each of my clients and I believe that massage therapy can be relaxing as well as therapeutic; and that if you are able to unwind and relax on the table, you will be more in tune with what your body is telling you. I think massage can play a key role in a person's overall wellness and is a great tool for general maintenance. It is important to me that you feel safe and comfortable while you are in my office, so try to approach each appointment with genuine care and empathy.
