Cancellations & Missed Appointments
When you book an appointment that time is set-aside specifically for you, and missed appointments prevent me from accommodating other clients. I understand some life events are unforeseen but if you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please allow for as much notice as possible.In the event that you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, please contact me by email at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If I do not hear from you within this time frame, you will be charged for the full cost of your treatment. Payments can be made via e-transfer or credit card, and if arrangements for payment are not made future appointments may be removed from the booking system.
Late Arrivals
Appointments are booked and spaced strategically. If you arrive late for your appointment, the treatment will still end at the designated time with no adjustment to the fee. If your arrival is more than 15 mins past your scheduled start time, the appointment will be forfeited and treated as a missed appointment.
Payment Policy
Please be aware payment in full is due at the time of your treatment. I accept credit or debit cards, or email transfers. I will provide you with an electronic receipt that you can submit to your insurance company if you have extended health care benefits. I do not offer direct billing to your insurance company. I also do not accept MVA or WSIB claims.

Masks/COVID-19
As community standards regarding masking have changed, my practice will move to a mask friendly policy. While I will no longer require clients to wear masks, they are still welcome.
As your RMT, I am choosing to continue to wear a high quality mask. Our appointments together are long and in close proximity, so I feel very comfortable and confident making this decision. This choice also means that clients who still prefer to mask themselves, and/or be in a masked environment will feel comfortable and at ease.
I ask that you continue to monitor your health and wellness prior to your appointment. If you have any cold/flu-like symptoms please email me to rebook. If someone in your household is unwell, please be sure to wear a mask at the office. **If you arrive at the office unwell, you will be asked to reschedule and the missed appointment policy will apply.**
This mask policy is subject to change, and will return to a universal masking protocol if recommended by the community standard or Huron Perth Public Health

Behavioural Standards

Professional Conduct: Clients are expected to engage with therapist in a respectful and professional manner. Any form of inappropriate behavior, including but not limited to sexual comments, innuendos, or physical contact, is strictly prohibited.

Therapist Discretion: The RMT reserves the right to refuse treatment to any client or any part of a client’s body at their discretion and with just and reasonable cause. This decision is made to ensure the safety and well-being of both the client and the therapist.

Zero Tolerance: Any behavior that is hateful, or discriminatory will not be tolerated. This includes any actions or comments that create an uncomfortable or hostile environment.
